1. Scope of Service
Our cleaning services are delivered according to the selected package (Basic, Deep, Move-In/Out, etc.), following Clean Bee’s official checklist. This checklist is available on our website. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the package details before booking.
2. Quote Accuracy
Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer. If our team identifies differences (e.g. property size, clutter level, or requested services), the final price may be adjusted accordingly.
3. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must:
Ensure safe and accessible entry to the premises.
Provide access to electricity and water during the service.
Inform Clean Bee of fragile, valuable, or sensitive items.
Maintain a respectful environment for our team.
4. Booking & Confirmation
Upon acceptance of a quote and signature of the contract, the booking is considered confirmed. A service agreement outlining scope and pricing will be provided.
5. Before & After Documentation
Photos are taken before and after each service for internal quality control. These will not be shared without the customer’s written consent and may be used to resolve claims or disputes.
6. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued upon completion of the service. Payment is due within 3 calendar days from the invoice date. We accept MobilePay and bank transfer.
7. Recurring Services & Discounts
Weekly and bi-weekly bookings receive a 10–15% discount, with a minimum commitment of one month. Customers may pause or cancel ongoing service with a minimum of one week's written notice. Early termination may result in the revocation of discounts.
8. Cancellations & Access
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
For changes made within 24 hours, a 15% booking fee will apply.
If our team cannot access the premises at the scheduled time, the full cleaning fee will be charged.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours. Clean Bee will return to resolve the issue or offer a refund.
10. Insurance & Liability
Clean Bee ApS is fully insured with coverage up to DKK 10 million per year (Policy No. VIK0842541, via Viking). We are liable for damages caused by our team. However, items not declared in advance or requiring special care may not be covered.
11. Conduct & Safety
Clean Bee maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding discrimination, harassment, or unsafe working conditions. We reserve the right to terminate the service immediately if the safety or dignity of our team is compromised.
