For recurring cleans the price is fixed: what you agree stays the same for as long as the plan runs. A first clean can vary a little, because the quote is built from the details you give us and from how long the home actually takes on the day. That is rare in practice, since our quoting is accurate. All consumer prices include VAT (moms).

Yes, 1.5 hours per visit. If your home would take less time than that, the visit is still charged as 1.5 hours. That minimum is already built into the price you are quoted, so it is never added on afterwards.

Whichever suits you: pay upfront or after the visit. Payments run through Stripe, so you can use any debit or credit card, or MobilePay. To confirm a booking we place a hold on your card for 30% of the price. That is a hold, not a charge. After the clean you get an invoice ready for servicefradrag.

As much as possible, yes. We aim to send your regular, trusted cleaner, otherwise a consistent, vetted team that knows your home.

We are fully insured and our cleaners are screened. If something breaks, contact us within 24 hours and we will make sure to put it right.

We call on our on-call team first, and most of the time the slot gets covered. We cannot promise it every single time, so if nobody can take the shift we will tell you straight away and reschedule as soon as possible.

We give a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something is not right, contact us within 24 hours and we will put it right, either by redoing the work at no cost or by refunding you.

Yes. We bring our own professional steam equipment and professional supplies. You don't need to provide anything.

No, you don't need to be home. What we do need is an agreed way in, for example a key, a code or a smart lock, arranged securely with you in advance. If the cleaner cannot get in on arrival, the visit counts as a late cancellation and the 250 kr fee applies.

Life happens. Cancelling is free as long as you tell us more than 24 hours ahead. Inside 24 hours it costs 250 kr, because the slot was held for you and the cleaner had set the time aside. If we ever have to cancel on you, you get 250 kr off your next clean.
