If something included in your booking does not meet our cleaning standard, let us know within 24 hours. We will return and correct it at no additional labour cost.
Before we arrive
- Empty property
- The property should be completely empty before the cleaning begins.
- Utilities
- Please ensure electricity, running water and adequate lighting are available throughout the property.
- Fridge and freezer
- Defrost the refrigerator and freezer at least 24 hours before the appointment if they require cleaning.
- Cabinets and drawers
- Empty all cabinets, drawers and appliances before our arrival.
- Access
- Please provide access to all rooms, storage areas and utility spaces included in your booking.
