Regular cleaning is designed for homes that are already reasonably maintained.

The more often we come, the lower the hourly rate. The discount applies from the first visit, and nothing is locked in: you can change or stop the arrangement whenever you like.

Our satisfaction guarantee
If something included in your booking does not meet our cleaning standard, let us know within 24 hours. We will return and correct it at no additional labour cost.
Before we arrive
- Clear the floor
- Please pick up toys and anything else lying on the floor before we arrive, so we can clean the whole surface and the visit does not take longer than planned.
- Your belongings
- We clean around personal belongings but do not organise or declutter them.
- Height
- We clean reachable surfaces up to 180 cm without using a ladder.
- Bins
- Please provide access to your property's waste collection area if you would like indoor bins emptied. If waste disposal is not accessible, we will replace the liner and leave the bag neatly tied next to the bin.
- Heavy furniture
- We do not move heavy furniture or appliances.
- Steam
- Steam cleaning is used where suitable for the flooring material.
